The board met with Police Chief, Gareth Backhaus to review the following items:

3. The Board signed the extension agreement with CET for the collection of hazardous waste through the multi-town collaborative.
4. The Board requested that M. Noe contact the group proposing the new basketball court to make sure they know they will have to provide a new survey showing the piece of land given to the town so that the transfer can be correctly recorded at the Registry of Deeds. The Board asked that the Building Commissioner meet with them first.
5. The Board asked M. Noe to ask Town Counsel to be present at the WMH ZBA special permit hearing.
6. Scott mentioned that the stone wall in front of the Mielke property was becoming worse; more rocks have fallen. It was noted that the Town should focus on writing the policy regarding work on these walls. Town Counsel’s response to questions asked in June of 2008 regarding structures in the right of way were reviewed.
7. The board responded to the AG about National Grid’s proposed rate increase.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 5:00pm
